The poster might be right, although I live in America and I have been to couple of European countries but NEVER been to Dubai. In America u can rent anything, ships, planes, helicopter, mansions even some major street or highway ( like what most of this movies directors do when shooting a movies as long as the pay the price and got the proper permit and didn’t post no security threat). So if the poster says it a "RENTER CAR" I believe it but if he says it a "TAXIS", well it might be true. Renter sound more convincing than taxis.
