Last week, Jonathan visited a secondary school. In class two, he asks the students if anyone can give him an example of a "tragedy."

One little boy, Akpos stands up and offers that, "If my best friend who lives next door is playing in the street when a car came by and killed him, that would be a tragedy." "No," Jonathan says, "That would be an ACCIDENT."

A girl named Oke, raises her h...and. "If a school bus carrying fifty children drove off Udu bridge, killing everyone inside... That would be a tragedy." "I'm afraid not," explains Jonathan. "That is what we would call a GREAT LOSS."

At this point, the room became so silent; none of the other children dare volunteer. "What?" asks Jonathan, "Isn't anyone here who can give me an example of a tragedy?"

Finally, smallest Ochuko at the back raises his hand. In a timid voice, he says: "If an airplane carrying Jonathan and Patience was blown up by a Boko-Haram bomb, that would be a tragedy."

"Wonderful!" Jonathan beams. "Marvelous! And, can you tell me why that would be a tragedy?" "Well," says Ogaga, "because it wouldn't be an accident and it certainly would be no great loss!"

A very poor man lived with his wife. One day, his wife, who had a very long hair asked him to buy her a comb for her hair to grow well and to be well-groomed. The man felt very sorry and said no. MORAL: To love is nothing, to be loved is something but to love and to be loved by the one you love, that is EVERYTHING. Never take love for granted. Reciprocate good gestures and cherish your partner at all times.
