i think it does't matter to tell him.try and keep doing d cleaning i think when the guy realise that u dislike dirty habit he will definitely change.

THIS ISSUES IS VERY EASY TO RESOLVE IF U UNDSTAND THIS MATHS PRINCIPLE THAT - * - = + SO DIRTY * DIRTY = NEAT. JUST TRY AND BE DIRTY TOO THEN THE TWO DIRTY WILL MULTIPLY TO GIVE CLEAN

no show am say the thing de vex you just continue de keep that place clean make sure say if you wan clean anything say im dey near you when you dey do all those things so that im go de see you,then if you need something like say detergent you do as if say you forget am somewhere and ask him to help you bring am then you go find one sweet story de tell am so that im go de see you de do those cleanings ;one day u go see say na you with am go de do the cleanings

i like that , u are right at point but the highlighted line may still be difficult to cope with(if u dont pick up his clothes scattered wherever , u will be forced to live in a unarranged house for only God know how long) until he runs out of wears .
Some guys with that trait will even prefere to buy now wears when they run out of stock than realising dirty clothes can be washed Sad
