Make him Help clean after him self and yes tell him he needs daily shower or twice a day because you won't want someone tell him.  truth hurts but most be spoken.

if you dont have the guts to tell him,then dont  JUST try to clean him up.If u cant tell him to shower everyday day then start showering with him every day
