All these sentement from our leader is really out of hand, you can take a poise of an edge where some state government can,t pay minimun wage of 18 thousand naira monthly.Why some few people lavish million of naira for no reasons,steal with out looking back, i blame our system goverment .  Our government want to survive and change for good from corruption we must look at east like china for example .
