Look at that?can you imagine that?cheating,this is why majority of Nigerian girls,so called graduated students can never write good english,even to write ordinary SMS,they can never write well constructed english,is this not a shame?calling yourself a graduate with bought-passover degrees.this is very very shame.should we blame the Federal  Ministry of Education for not promoting and re-structuring Nigerian educational systems?or should blame the parents,or should we blame the whole systems that have been long neglected? by the way whats the works of so called Federal Ministry of Educations?so many ministries have long been white-elephants,ie,ineffective projects,some will for sure agree with me that education is a strong pillar-line of any civilized nations,US,CANADA and UK for example.Nigeria was once known for its high qaulity of education,but today Ghana and South Africa have taken over.A reality check in Nigerian Educational Systems  is necesassary.the message is delivered.Dr PHIL  00474250366
