IF THE SO CALLED = BOKO HARAM,OPC,MASOP ETC CAN STAND IN ONE CURSE IN MANDATING/FORCING  THE GOVERNMENT TO
FACE DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER FACILITIES OF LIFE THEN WE MUST SEE IMPROVEMENT ON ONE STEP AT A TIME
