Mental health ranges from stress related issues (which many of us suffer at one time or another), anxiety attacks, depression (including post natal depression), paranoia, schizophrenia and so on. And it is because of the Nigerian stance to the illness that many families hide away their ill relations from neighbors so as not to be mocked and scorned. Nigeria is a great nation and can become a world force if you can just drop the melodramatics and be yourself and not always on the defensive. Well done to the nurses caring for the patients.
