A woman who is seen as wonderful or called virtuous must have some qualities that made her stands out among other women, though they may be heart broken by a man; but because of who they are they still jump back to life and continue to be who they are. Such women, I must say her rare in our cities and countries in general. If you are lucky to have them as wives and girlfriend, count yourself fortunate.
Perhaps you are the type of woman that you just don’t know why every men prefer to dump you for some else. Know that there are qualities or something that is expected of every woman; that men do watch out for and that’s why you never get lucky. Because you lack them or some of it; that can make you a wonderful partner. Let me tell you something you don’t know; men are most attracted to wonderful women than the beautiful ones. The older you get the less beautiful you become, but when it comes to wonderful women; the older you get the more wonderful you become. The passage of the scripture I quoted earlier will be where we shall get all this qualities of that wonderful woman you need to become than spending all your precious time with beauty other than being wonderful. I am not saying that for a woman to look beautiful isn’t good; but being wonderful is better. Like they said ‘beauty is in the eyes of the beholder’; let your man be the judge of your beauty. Aren’t you surprised when handsome guys are getting married to the less beautiful women? You might say ‘John left me for that ugly thing’. Yes he does, because you aren’t wonderful but the ugly thing does, and that makes her 100% better off than you.
A WOMAN WITH STRENGTH: ‘who can find a virtuous woman?’ Virtuous means: strength, efficiency, ability. Permit me when I merge strength of characters together to mean virtuous. A woman with moral strength and firmness are scarce to come by, even the scripture confirmed that too that’s the meaning of the question above; (who can find a virtuous woman?) all the women round the world give little or no attention to their strength-characters. They have no fear of God, they loves lies rather than the truth, sins and every ungodly acts are the order of their days; and what manner of man would be ready to have such women as wives?
HER PURPOSE IS NOT FOR MONEY: ‘for her price is far above rubies.’ She is far more valuable and worth far more than money. This type of a woman has a better future; that she wants to build rather than wasting her life going after men for money. She is ever prepared for anything rather than run away whenever something goes wrong. I named them “ever ready gear.” Lots of women this days want to eat their cake and have it, they wants lot of expensive things they can get from men, live a frivolous life and do all kinds of unthinkable things, all in the name of enjoying themselves.
THE HEART OF HER HUSBAND DOES TRUST IN HER: ‘The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her.’ how many husbands can come out in the public and said opening that they have trust in their wives? Lots of women has gone astray, there activities are no longer what we can say to them you are a truly housewife. All sorts of things doth their hands and they found comfort doing them too. Being able to fully trust your marriage partner is one of the fundamental foundations of a strong God-honoring marriage. Martin Luther said of his wife, "The greatest gift of God is a pious amiable spouse, who fears God, loves his house, and with whom one can live in perfect confidence". There are two reasons why the heart of the husband can trust his wonderful wife. The first reason is found in the second part of verse 11 ("so that he shall have no need of spoil") and the second reason is found in verse 12 ("she shall do him good and not evil”)
HER HUSBAND CAN’T BE FOUND WANTING: ‘So that he shall have no need of spoil.’ The word spoil here means ‘GAIN’ and what the passage means was; the husband shall have no want of gain. A woman that is wasteful is automatically a loss to the husband, no matter what the husband does to make the family works will turn out bad, because the woman who should have being a reflector of his effort is in actual fact isn’t. A gainful woman is a tremendous benefit to the family, even financially. She is not a financial liability. She manages the home so well and she is so industrious and productive that her efforts result in great gain and even profit. There are lots of careless, slothful wives they cause the family to suffer great financial loss. How can a husband safely trust in her? After she has finished destroying the family budget, he has great need of gain considering all that she has lost.
SHE IS A SOURCE OF BLESSINGS: ‘She will do him good, and not evil.’ A woman that never made her husband wanting is a source of great blessing to her household. Many people will look up to her, she will become the family problem solver than creating more, she carries with her great responsibilities; at times greater than the husband’s. All the days of her life she will seek only good things for her husband rather than do him harm. “Who so findeth a wife, findeth a good thing and obtaineth favor from the LORD.”(Proverb 18:22) her husband can safely trust in her because he does not need to worry about what she doeth. I must say here that some women are curses to their husband, instead of being a crown to their head they became rottenness to their bones. A wonderful woman, deal what is good to her husband and not what that is evil. Her want for her husband is God’s highest and best for him. All her deeds always turn out to be a blessing to her husband.
SHE IS CONSISTENT: ‘all the days of her life.’ Like the act of some women, today they are lovely women and they next day you will be surprised what they had turn themselves into in the house. Many women are now pretending to be reliable and dependable before marriage, they are so good that relationship is now seen as a stage they can hide who they are; and soon as they got married you see the real them. A wonderful woman is a very truthful person they are always and will ever be, what they are from the beginning you met them. Their lives is consistent, they don’t change, what they do today will be what they do the next week and will do in the next five years, because they are real and never pretend.
SHE CARES: ‘she seeketh wool and flax’ according the dictionary the two materials can be use for clothing and when the passage said she seeketh those two materials; meaning that she is caring and will also protect her family from the weather. Their health is as important to her as their lives, so she will, willingly protect her family. An ordinary woman will only seek her own protection over to that of her family; she loves to cloth herself with the latest wears, she has all kinds of attire in a wardrobe you can ever imagine.
SHE USES HER TALENT: ‘and worketh willingly with her hands.’ our creator hasn’t created us into this World without something that makes us special as a human. That is why we are different from every other being he has ever created. A wonderful woman found it easier to use her talent or talents for the success of her family and it pleases her too. How many married women these days are using their talents in their family? Instead, they see their talents as a laborious and boring chore they should be engaging with; in exchange for watching television, gossiping and etc…………
