A  strong condemnation,totally unacceptable,according to the culture there in India,Nepal,Sri Lanka and Bangladesh,women pay the dowries to men who are coming for marriage,so it could be that the father car painter has no money to pay to his fellow man asking for the daughter hand in marriage when she grow up to adult.this was the cause,the father is just an illitrate,there are millions of illitrates are there in Indian world than in Africa,despite there recent rise in high tech.In Indo/Asia world males are valued,while in Arab world females,they are valued simply because there are a lot of high dowries peg on them and they must be ornamented by there males bidder who asked them for marriage.so this is the reasons why most ethnic group perpetrates honour killings,am never in support of honour killings simply because your wife delivered female baby or a woman married a man out of her tribe or ethnic group.I think I condemn it,and called it very barbaric.
