so lagos and warri had a drinking competition so a week before the competition warri sent delicate to lagos to see if it will still hold.so lagos brought 20 litres of their strongest ogogoro for the delicate to test.the delicate finished the 20 litres then he asked so na were the main drink.suprised lagos asked the delicate if he was among the competitors he replied"no ooooh me i nor even qualify to enter self'
