Gistmania is a Nigerian online news publication run by Naijapals a subsidiary of Techdorado LTD. Originally founded as Naijapals forum in July 2008, the platform was later known as Gistmania in 2012 due to the phenomal growth rate that was witnessed as Naijapals forums and the need to graduate the news publication to a standout independent online platform of its own.

Gistmania is a self-funded news platform and staff are paid from revenues generated through display advertising on the desktop website, mobile apps and mobile version of the website. Gistmania was founded on this model of operation and continues to maintain journalistic independence by generating its own revenue without reliance on any form of donation from other persons or organisation

Gistmania articles generally covers areas of entertainment, celebrity, metro, religion and political news mostly covering the Nigerian sector but also global topics from time to time.
