Nollywood diva, Genevieve Nnaji, is Africa's biggest actress no doubt being the only thespian in the top 20; she is rated number 19. Coming at number 32 is author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. On a list dominated by musicians, authors, models, athletes and television personalities from all over Africa, Nigeria dominates with 11 names on the list. Ivorian and Chelsea FC of England pointman, Didier Drogba is the only footballer on the list at number three as Youssef Ndour is rated number two. Doctors say increasing numbers of German men are paying for surgery to their genitals, surprising even plastic surgeons with their demand for enlargement operations.

“Penis enlargements are now in seventh place among aesthetic surgery procedures for men,” said Sven von Saldern, the president of the German Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. “That surprised even us.”

Yet he was at pains to emphasis that the operation increases size but does not necessarily improve function. “It is a purely aesthetic procedure,” he said.

The most popular procedure for men remains liposuction, he said, referring to a survey of 1,100 plastic surgery patients.

Although genital operations have not yet reached the top ten among German women, demand has been increasing among them too, von Saldern said.

“It must have something to do with the trend toward intimate shaving,” he said, although he said that in contrast to the men, women often opt for surgery to correct functional problems rather than for aesthetic reasons.

“For men, there is only the desire for more volume,” he said. “It’s an especially sensitive subject because high expectations may not always be fulfilled.”

Botox injections to remove wrinkles remain popular among both sexes, and while men have a particular interest in liposuction to make them thinner, women are also still plumping for Bosom  enlargement operations.

But though cosmetic procedures can make people feel more confident, they also carry risks.

Penis enlargement surgeries – which may involve the injection of silicone into the penis and scrotum or the cutting of ligaments – can result in impotence and nerve damage.
Vaginoplasty, in which a women’s honeypotl region is reconstructed, carries risks of bleeding, infection and scarring.

Reliable numbers on the number of cosmetic surgeries done each year in Germany are not available and von Saldern said the number of patients fluctuates from year to year.

East St. Louis, IL (KSDK) - A 32-year-old St. Louis man was sentenced on child pornography charges after he was caught trying to steal little girls' underwear from a Metro East Walmart, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois Stephen Wigginton said Friday.

According to court documents, police arrested Daniel Lee Scalf on January 25, 2011 for attempted theft at a Collinsville Walmart.

Police seized Scalf's cell phone after he exhibited suspicious behavior and discovered at least two child pornographic images. Scalf admitted that he emailed the images from his old cell phone to his current phone.

Scalf was charged with two felony counts of possession of child pornography and transportation of child pornography. He was sentenced to 235 months in prison for each count, as well as a lifetime term of supervised release, and ordered to pay $300 in fines.

Regarding the second charge, Scalf was found to have used a public computer at the library on Southwestern Illinois College's campus to send himself images of child porn.

A truck driver in Kentucky whose penis was amputated during an operation is suing the surgeon, claiming it was done without his consent.
Phillip Seaton says his penis was removed during what was supposed to have been a circumcision to treat inflammation four years ago.
Dr John Patterson says he amputated because he found life-threatening cancer during the operation
The Seatons have already sued Jewish Hospital, where the surgery took place.
The facility settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.
'Loss of service'
Mr Seaton and his wife, Deborah, are suing Dr Patterson for damages.
On Monday, Mr Seaton's lawyer told jurors during opening arguments in the civil case in Shelbyville, Kentucky, that his client no longer felt like a man.

"He's angry because Dr Patterson took off his penis without asking; without giving him a choice; without giving him the opportunity to check around and talk to other people," Mr George was quoted by Associated Press news agency as telling the court.
He showed jurors four photographs of Mr Seaton's crotch, saying: "You can see there's nothing there."
Clay Robinson, a lawyer for Dr Patterson, said his client had only removed the tip of the penis after he had found cancer.
He also contends that Mr Seaton had signed a document authorising necessary treatment in unforseen circumstances.
He said another doctor had later removed the rest of the organ.
"Mr Seaton is here today, able to be in this courtroom... because John Patterson saved his life," Mr Robinson said.
Mr Seaton and his wife are seeking unspecified damages for "loss of service, love and affection".
Penile cancer is rare, with only 1,360 new cases and 320 deaths estimated in the US in 2011, according to the National Institutes of Health.
