we all knw dat.why cant we bring up our selfs even if schoolos re producing illiterates.nigerian has reached the limit of watching what dey do in deir academics aspect.so.try nd educate ur self

Then, Who is to Blame??. Who will bear the Blames?. Is it The politicians or The government officials That always steal public funds and causing the teachers to go on strike or Nwa-guy that find his way to abroad came back home after taking risk to make money to put his families in order or WHO do you think will be hold responsible?? , who?? somebody please who do you think is to blame??, THE MINISTERS, GOVERNORS, POLICE , MILITARY, PERM SEC, COMMISSIONERS. PASTORS, BUSINESSMAN/WOMAN OR THE OKADA PEOPLE ABI NA BOKO HARAM??. If u get d correct answer, U will follow GoodLuck Jonathan attend stephen Okere's wedding.

WELL we shouldnt  be surprised afterall every nigerian knows that, millions of ppe in nigerian with an university certificate has never for one day pisted the uni-compound , yes educational  cancapuss
