The Regional General Manager of Acessbank, Mr. Yemi Odusanya, who was kidnapped on Sunday by unknown gunmen near a church in Lagos, has regained his freedom.

Odusanya, was dropped off in front of Victoria Garden City.

According to reliable sources, a huge sum of money was paid to the kidnappers as ransom.

The victim was said to have been accosted in front of New LIfe Baptist Church, Langbasa, by the hoodlums while driving his black Kia Sorento.

The victim was reportedly pushed to the vehicle’s back seat by the kidnappers and was later transferred into another vehicle. Odusanya’s vehicle was later abandoned.

It was gathered that the bank manager was released unharmed after spending four days in custody of the kidnappers.

The spokesperson for the state police command, Mr. Joseph Jaiyeoba, confirmed the banker’s release.

He, however, said he could not say if a ransom was paid or not by the family of the victim.

Hmm... Something sounds fishy " he could not say who paid the ransom?"
