A 60-year-old businessman, Alhaji Olusegun Adesina, was on Friday in Abeokuta arraigned before an Isabo Magistrate's Court for allegedly molesting a 20-year-old secondary school leaver (name withheld).
Adesina was arraigned before Magistrate O.A. Ayobolu on a count of having unlawful segxwal intercourse with the boy on Tuesday at his private residence in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
The suspect allegedly lured the boy into his residence with a promise to help him secure a job pending his admission into a tertiary institution.
The police prosecutor, Paul Etusi, argued that the accused harmed the 20-year-old when he forcefully had segxwal intercourse with him through the anus.
Etusi, an assistant superintendent of police, stated that the offence was punishable under Section 214 of the Criminal Code Vol. 1, Laws of Ogun State of Nigeria, 2006.
Counsel to the accused, B.H. Yusuf, however, appealed to the court to grant Adesina bail.
The prosecutor opposed the bail application and urged the magistrate to remand the accused in prison.
The magistrate later granted Adesina bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties.

how can that happen? there's probably more to this story. otherwise, I can't imagine how an elderly man will have the strength to overcome a 20 years old boy and then rape him. may be he drugged him! even a 20 years girl would have fought the hillbillie and given him a serious beating. I think they both had a deal, and the old man reneged on his part, after enjoying the boy's ike (lubricated by sht!), and the boy now is claiming rape to get back at him. as the poverty worsens, a lot of Nigerian young men and boys will engage in selling their ikes to survive. they are already doing so in Europe. so many sick people out there. sad really but we're back in the days of sodom & gomorrah. utterly disgusting!!!

to da people dat responded to this story with "lol" this not funny at all n segxwal abuse, rape, molestation is very serious n has long term emotional n psychological consequences n is a very serious problem here in the united states. no one no matter the race, age, status etc..deserves to be violated in this manner. segxwal predators aka perverts specialize in gaining access n the trust of their victims n take advantage of that, they r very good at what they do(educate ur children to protect them) these type of people may appear to b very normal n may even b in spiritual leadership position or high status....neone can become a victim, does not make it their fault, it is the fault n screwed up individual that is committing the abuse, rape, segxwal assault, it would not be "lol" if it were your family member or friend
