What Motivate or Inspire you? (Page 11)

What really motivate me mostly is my achievements, but it's nice having a mentor to look upon, otherwise this instruction had been my motivator for long, BE PREPARED! Hold on to instruction, guard it well, for it is Your LIFE. Preparation does not begin with what you do: it begins with what you believe. lf you believe that success tomorrow depends on what you do today, you will treat today differently. A wise sailor studies the weather before he goes to sea bcos he knows that avoiding a storm is easier than getting out of one. Preparation is not merely an event, it is a perspective, Abraham Lincoln said, If l had eight hours to chop down a tree, l will spend six hours sharpening my axe, so he know the value of staying sharp. Lincoln said, l will prepare and some day my chance will come, so your great challenge is not lack of opportunity,but being ready when it comes.

it depends some say extra cash or pay raise i agree to that but i think an encouragement also goes a long way too
