Dana Airplane With 153 Passengers Crashes In Lagos (Page 8)

I feel very sorry for the families of the people who have died in this crash. Families have been thrown into disarray by this mess. My condolences to them all and I pray that God will be their comforter in this time of need for them all.

But when we look at facts it comes as little surprise to me that this tragedy has happened. This plane is 21 YEARS OLD. Second hand airplane that was previously used in ALASKA in the 1980s. Nigeria is rich enough to buy BRAND NEW passenger planes to ensure maximum safety for its people but NO we continue to drink the kool aid of the west and allow them to dictate to us what planes we can buy and what planes we can't buy. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Time for a overhaul of the aviation industry. New TOUGH rules must be put in place. If you cannot provide BRAND NEW planes then do not bother getting into the aviation industry in Nigeria. We cannot continue to die like chickens in this country.

two unfortunate crashes involving Nigeria in one weekend with catastrophic consequences. but compare the crash scenes, while the one in Ghana was properly secured, with ambulances around showing calm and civility, the one in Nigeria was chaos. hampering proper rescue efforts. 1000s of people surrounding the wreckage taking pictures with their smartphones and obstructing NEMA, fire fighters and Red Cross officials. assuming someone in the wreckage was still alive, that person won't get the needed help because the lunatics that are Lagosians. it's amazing that people can't reason properly and act accordingly. i am sure they do not realise that there was jet fuel around the crash site, and there could potentially be an explosion. nigerians are fond of this. any incident/accident, people will abandon their business and flood the site, not to help to feed their eyes and possibly take advantage. I AM SURE SOME OF THE PEOPLE AT THE CRASH SITE ARE STEALING THE BELONGINGS OF THE VICTIMS. WHAT A CRAZY STUPID COUNTRY!!!
NO WONDER GOD IS ANGRY WITH US, AND ALL WE KNOW THESE DAYS ARE EVIL ---- BOKO HARAM, ARMED ROBBERS, RAPE, MURDER, KILLINGS.
