that if they have  all their relevant documents for arguements, they should know the quarrantee theminus  cos i beleieve the plane has over stayed its life time ,the first buyers noticed the improper functions of the plane and sold it out but since the nigerian authorities doesnt care , they allowed it flying in nigeria there by killing these multitude,,,,anyway they have right to sue but must avoid waiting their little money

sue d aviation ministry for letting quak Indians operate without regulations thereby wasting nigerian lives.
sue the federal govt for allowing pple who are poorer than nigeria to come here and operate with worn-out engines!....
just bcos they are light-skinned!........

BECAUSE EVERY TOM DICK AND HARRY SUES AND THE STATES AND WINS  SOMETIMES ;; DOESNT REALLY MEAN YOU SHOULDNT KNOW THE TYPE OF CASE TO TAKE UP OR NOT;;; THE GUY JUST WANT WASTE MONEY FOR LAWYER

ALREADY? Has the woman been funeralized yet? No doubt he is in pain. However, here in the US if a person files a lawsuit in such a short period of time it does not look favorably on the plantiff (husband).  The benefit is that as a NAMED PLAINTIFF he would receive a larger part of the payout if any. 

On the negative side, the case may very well be thrown out because it has been less than a week (5 days to be exact) and they have not completed the black box review or ANY of the vital investigations. The investigations may prove that it may have been a number of other errors that may have caused the flight, INCLUDING FLYING POORLY MAINTAINED AIRCRAFTS (IF THAT IS THE CASE).

A person may have a legitimate claim but it is not in the plaintiffs advantage to appear as if they are seeking monetary retribution, although that is the only thing the company IF FOUND NEGLIGENT can ever offer. They can NEVER replace this mans darling wife. May the Lord bring comfort and peace to his heart.

He knows it is only the manufacturer he can sue to get any cash, because they are based in U.S and not Nigeria where is not gonna get anything.

Yes oo, if it doesn't fit don't wear it.. Nobody in the right mind will like to buy death..... You don't get to choose how you're going to die or when. You can only decide how You're going to live.... The guy is suing the wrong people, he should've sued the Dana airline nd the Dana will sue the Alaska airline nd Alaska will sue the manufacturer.......
