Former Super Eagles midfielder, Christian Obodo, was kidnapped on Saturday morning by gun-wielding men in Efunrun, Delta State. Obodo, who plays for Italian clubside Udinese arrived the country few weeks ago after the conclusion of the Seria A season. Eyewitness said the ex- Flying Eagles star was snatched from the Zion Ministry Church located on New Layout Road, Efunrun, by the gunmen. His fate was uncertain at the time of this report.

Stringent measures should be applied to this kidnappers; enough of this madness. Nobody is good to be kidnapped but if they think they will live and die by kidnapping they should channel their attention to our stupid leaders who are milking and looting the country dry and live hard working Nigerians who knows nothing about the devilish politicians corruption.
