i love d decision bcos abiola was one of those that fought 4 our independence
He  didn't fight for any independence, he was fighting for himself. He had money, wives and children but he felt these were not enough, he wanted more like Oliver Twist. He wanted to become d president of 9ja, maybe after that, then become God. He was very very selfish. I wish he died a bitter death.

My major concern is the Nigerian populace's response to the name change. The conflict is not in the act itself, but the backdrop against which the act was done. There are far more important things the presidency should be concerned about. Renaming a school is not one of them.

the only problem i believe the student have with the change of name , is because of pride, they carry them self so high anytime they tell people the are schooling at UNILAG, stupid set of students Angry Angry Angry Angry

If you can go that far in education, the pride would be a legitimate one
Its a "positive" pride ok

Aso Rock is too lettle for Abiola's name, rather they should use his name to change Nigeria name..

hmmmm I  see some people would be out of their jobs soon..  Can u imagine an ordinary university senate (NOT EVEN THE MAIN NATIONAL ASSEMBLY) refuting a presidential order?

Ok, let see how it goes tho.
