El Rufai is just a JOKER, using every possible means to save his brother Lawan. What's happening here is an eye opener........our lawmakers are corrupt , how can justice ever be served. Lawan is a crook and so are the others. This is very sad for our country naija. Cartoons won't solve the problem. As OBJ said naija is run by CROOKS and this is a fact!!!!
