Mr poster what about sleeping in hunger, wetin e go cause and which one bad pass. What about if one dies in the sleep....God forbid, me i no wan die while hungry wo!! that is to die while dead for sure.

Noted what? what noted here?.. is it not the same office there closed 7'30 and above in Nigeria there? and some use to reach home 9-10 at times and you expect the person to eat as little as that then wake up tomorrow as 4-5 am and wen the person feinted on His/Her way is the same Doctor that will confirmed that is lack of energy. Look, don't confused people pls, let them eat at their free time is not today we stated living a life like this ok.... Busy in the office from morning till night not having time to eat as you want and coming back home and discover that the Doctor say you should eat littler after 7:pm to hell with your what ever..... Look Guy, if you do any how you will see any how ooo.
