Nigeria will not stop to amaze me,one hundred and sixteen entourage comprising of useless men and women to attend a conference? ......wonderful.
  How much is their estacode and other allowances going to cost Nigerian tax payers?
   l weep for my country because we cannot just get the simplest of things right.
