out of all the airport i have been to,lagos airport is the only place  they open your luggage. i personally think they are violating privacy, one thing i don't know is if there aren't any screening device.no wonder people carry drugs out of nigeria.perhaps instead of searching for contraband, they search for money instead.just saying but i am never stupid enough to keep money inside my luggage
