This Lawan sounded like a comfortable thief. It seems he was used to such bribes. Nigeria is in trouble.

Femi Otedola applied the true teaching of the BIBLE (Matthew 5:25) "Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. BIBLE ENCOURAGES BRIBERY

HIYA!!! WHICH VERSION OF THE BIBLE HAS DAT, I'L LIKE TO KNOW MORE.

The guy that said bible encourages bribery is totally wrong. What the bible teaches is to make people avoid trouble unnecessarily which they can avoid when they settle with their foes. Bible does not encourage bribery. Please guy get that into your head

Otedola and Farouq are birds of a feather. Matthew 5:25 does not teach people how to take bribe. The place tells us that  people should avoid trouble when they can do that among themselves. Bible does not say we should collect bribe. please when you are reading the bible understand it first before you start writing rubbish. God Bless 9ja
