because Jonathan's wife could not have qualified or merited this appointment for just one simple reason:   
THE OFFICE OF PERMANENT SECRETARY IS NOT & HAS NEVER BEEN A POLITICAL APPOINTMENT BUT A CAREER BASED OFFICE.

This is yet another ridiculous dimension to the current spate of  institutional corruption and blatant cronyism in Nigeria.

   PASTORS AND LEADERS ARE THE SAME,ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY WHILE THE POOR PEOPLE KEEP GETTING POORER AND DYING.

   EVEN WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY,YOU STILL PAY 10% TO PASTORS EVERY MONTH

   NO GOD IS COMING TO SAVE YOU IF YOU DON'T SAVE YOURSELVES
