i mean both sexes.i need to hear some tips on how to handle my victimising boss.he is always picking on me even to an extent of wanting me to attend to issues that were not related to me in the first place.he gives tall orders and after delivering beyond his expectations,he still nag and look for faults.he wants me to be in charge of assignments given to outsiders/third party outside my knowledge & without prior information on such.My colleagues in the office commend me but he is really making me feel uncomfortable and this is making me not to feel happy at work.
What can i do?

its a tough 1 though. but u have to bear it & believe it will be over some day. may be he wants u out of the way by all means.dont quit, cos if u do, he has finally gotten wat he wants. if there re no higher authority to report to, then u need to bear it. trust me there is light at the end of the tunnel.

its not easy but ur case is better and can be handle. do things the way he want it and not the way u know it, be confident to approach him and let him understand that u are not happy with the way he treated u. also try to study his character that will help u to know how to follow his order. he is only preparing you for future challenges and a harder task which u may face sometimes to come. remb the fight u run 4rm today u will meet it tomorrow, don't look at it as a problem but a challenge. bye 4 now.

Before taking any decision, first a look at the unemployment market. Not that am saying u should allow someone step on ur fundamental human right or anything like that. If i were u, i'd start scouting 4 a beta job, and i immediatly i c 1, i'll walk straight 2 his office, stick up my middle finger and scream VAFFANCULO(phyuk u).

My dear before your took that job you should have made provision for 'Others' You are liked by A does not mean B feels thesame. Keep do what you know how to do best and leave the rest for He who has planted you there to take charge. He knows what's best.

The decision is all yours to take, all opinions herein stated are devoid of good understanding of the situation and as such can never be a basis for your eventual decision. Also, if you are the only person being victimized, maybe you should just try understand the reason for that (A problem defined is half solved) and with that you should know if it's a situation you can handle, leave to God and just live with or leave alone for some other person(s) to handle after you. You are all it takes to handle that challenges. HOW WE FACE CHALLENGES OF LIFE DETERMINES HOW FAR WE CAN COPE WITH LIFE AND SUCCESS. Ostacles are not meant to stop you but to make you fly and also note that God may need to take away your bread to give you cake.
