That is why you always are living in fear of either armed robbers, kidnappers, rituals or cultists. They have much freedom than you do. They can block road, kill all the passengers and follow from house-to-house rob and rape women. When they are arrested they will be bailed and they will go back to action again. This is what happen when law is not working. Civil Right Groups will NEVER talk when armed robbers are on rampage, killing passengers on roads, killing house owners or shop owners in Onitsha, Portharcourt and what have you. They will keep quite because it is not YOU that they are protecting but the CRIMINALS.
