I do not understand the need to announce she was an albino? If this was a foreign newspaper in Europe we would all be shouting "racism."

may her soul rest in peace. i have always said that the issue of govt providing good roads is not the problem. Even if all the roads in Nigeria get tarred, the attitude of the drivers remains very much the same. Until we have stringent laws in place, most reckless drivers on our roads would not learn at all.
