in as much as i will like to agree with you that maybe the said governor re-wrote the exam and later passed, EXAMINATION IS A TRUE TEST OF ACADEMIC KNOWLEDGE!!!...and besides, where did they get the copy of his WAEC result dating back to 1977?Huh?..as you and i know that 9ja no sabi keep record even in the present computer age let alone way back when grandpas were still boys LOL!!!
