that question pass ur mouth o, u no dey fear, but anyway sha if guys cant give it to them well enuf i blive a solution shld be hanging somewhere so why the worries?
they only try to keep the guy off embarassment by staying with him and looking elsewhere for comfort , so he shld be thankful that he is still the landlord, with tenants that he can send away when he gains enuf confidence.
