When did polygamy become a sin? When God banned it in the New testament. “Let each man have his own wife [not wives] and each woman have her own husband [not a man who already has a legal wife].”—1 Corinthians 7:2] Must everything be "white man's culture"? Its crazy how ppl label ungodly practices as white man's culture; practices that's been around for centuries in many countries. Is polygamy white man's culture no. Its been around for centuries, in the biblical period, and also in Africa. Is monogamy white man's culture? No. Its a practice that God intended everyone to follow, (if they wanna get married) not the white man. Just because in Africa a man is free to marry more than one wife doesn't make it right. Just as gay marriage being allowed in some countries doesn't mean its right either. sheesh....
