I wonder if Goodluck brought western education in Naija? Buhuri, IBB & Ya'adua who were northerners  governed in the Era of western education, OBJ & Co being southerners reigned in the Era of western education. There was no mass destruction of properties including human lives!!!!!!!!!!.
