GOD is spirit, everything u do GOD know am because His spirit is in us,,,we can spiritually connect to GOD any time....Demons are the fallen angels and they are spirits too, water, smoke,  etc... don't touch them,,,,ur voice, ur free will and the name Jesus-Christ are what u need to fight demons....
