God has been blessing me lately and I am now thinking of giving out some extra money to help other people around me. I am trying to understand the concept of tithing and why I MUST pay it to the church? Does it make a difference if I decide to use my tithe to help those in need?
I specialize in investigative reportage across several subject matter and sectors but mainly focus on metro events and investigation. Do leave your thoughts and opinion on my reports to let me know what you think about them. Thank you

Go use your money in helping the destitutes. the orphans , widows, people that life isnt smiling at all,sick people that cant even afford or attempt going for medicals,, regardless of their tribe, creed, religion and colour,, dont make that pastor (guy man) that is already getting fat and siphoning the church money richer,, and you leave the rest to God on judgement day,
