When you tell ladies that indecent dressing is bad, some will say they put on what makes them comfortable. Anyway, actress Rukky Sanda caused a lot of commotion with her boobs-exposing dress at Yvonne Nelson's movie premiere in Lagos that even she was ashamed of herself.
