But if you insist on being naughty, follow these instructions carefully:
1) go to a wall, any wall in any building will do
2) using a chalk, draw a  big circle on the wall. in the middle of the big circle, draw a smaller circle. in the middle of the smaller circle, make a dot.
3) balance your hands on two outer sides of the smaller circle, left and right.
4) position your head on the dot you made while your hands are still balanced on the wall
5) take your head back and, forcefully, bang it hard on the dot. Repeat the banging process repeatedly till you are satisfied you are no longer a hypocritical Naijapal
