Yeah, but they are the president, they are at the top of the hierarchy. If the president/first lady (main leaders) set good examples other politicians must follow. They have the power in their hands to make rules/say what goes on in Nigeria & what should/shouldnt happen in the country. They have the power to make a change in Nigeria and even ban looting. If the main leaders are looting, why wont other politicians loot too? It's like children imitating their parents.
