there is nothing wrong in judging and administering punishment to a fellow human being or church member if that person does wrong.
the Bible said ''thou shall not commit adultery'' or "covet thy neighbor's wife".
as a pastor, he should have  known better. He has destroyed another man's marriage that was ordained by GOD.
