what i mean is this: if you are educated, there is hope that you can make it in life no matter how rough and don't make a mistake of getting married to someone that doesn't come up with ideas... doesn't want to work... dosen't think fast and so on. a person like that will only kill your vision and you'll end end up sweaming in poverty.

you right girl

Good! No6 ok. So how much little is manageable. This is because little to you may be much to me. Get it?

I want general contribution from the Naijapals on this issue:

Some people I know go on marriage with little resources- money & the likes. some said they have to do it because of age(time). Some claim money will come after marriage or first child? Is this really true. Is this advisable? Can you marry with little resources? How much little can you manage? What about fear of transcending poverty from one generation to another because of your impatience or ill planning. Arrgh!

Truth is marriage is build on understanding and love, you dont have to be very (very) rich before starting one, at the end of the day with another helper it should help improve things... thats the essence of marriage

Thank you all for your definitions about finances, capital, money, cash and so on, maybe you should go pragmatic and understand higher percentage of single-mothers are as a result of the men running away from their financial responsibility.

What's the hurry? Marriage is an institution where late-comers are not registered, so why the rush?

hell no!
if a woman should be too demanding just know she dosn't love and it's your money that she's using to console herself in the relationship.

no matter how expensive a lady is, if she's really in love with, she will be ready come down to your level just to make you happy.
