He/she doesn't need prayers & doctor, all He/she needs to do is to stop eating late, don't drink water once the time is 6:30pm & try to visit the toilet before going to bed. My Girlfriend was once like that

Have someone who is trusted and willing to help you watch you while you sleep for some days to know at exactly d period of time this happens. When the period of time is ascertained, ask that she or he wakes you up before that time so you can go pee. After some time, you could get used to waking up on your own at that period of time.
