Why are Pastors hammering on Prosperity than Salvation? (Page 4)

Third John Vs 2 ( Beloved I wish above all things that you may prosper
Zechariah 1 Vs 17 (... through properity my Kingdom shall spread abroad)
 The wealth of the wicked shall be laid in stock for the just...
All these illustration are ment to open our minds the promise and the mind of God conserning His people.
For years now belivers are fianicial behind, it was the unbelivers that was leading the fiancial market, and this as been an orientation that belivers are not ment to be rich.
Of course that is not God's mind for us The Initial plan of God is to have dominion over all these resourses, so belivers has to be thought how to take our palce in the finacial market..
The first principle is for God to have a take in our finacial life by Tithing (Malachi 4 v 8-11) and taking our palce in the the Kingdom for devouer to loose grip in our lives.

Beloved Preaching properity in the mist of the children of God I just 1/10 of God's responsiblities for us, but I tell you today that you can not gain the heart of a man that is seriously in need of food execpt to feed him then he can be attentive to you.

@ our Pators.......prosperity is our right in God weather it is preached on not, God wish that we should prosper only if we worship him in truth and spirit, keep his words and obey them {Deut.28:1-14} 3 John vs 2. The main message to be preach should be a call to salvation, infact prosperity message is not a message but a way of lifting the heart of men. just do what God ask u 2do, pay ur tithes and know if u'll prosper on not. Pls, some pastors are there just for their belly. They call themselves and say God call them. If God call u, he'll give u a word to deliver and that will condem sinners and point them to cross. Nomatter how many members u have in ur church, give a chastising message with love {For whom the lord loveth, he rebukes and chastise} Don't preach to entice the congregations the message is greater than the preacher. Remember all our works must be try with fire seven times and that which is geniun will remain and must attract a reward on the last day. I strongly beliv there re geniun men of God who still preach salvation as they are call. {can't mention names} All of us will stand b4 the judgement seat of Christ 2give account of his calling and what we do on earth. 1luv.....Cheeeeeer!

prosperity is of God, it is written ... i wish above all things that ye prosper and be in health, it's not a sin to be rich, it all depends on your mindset about prosperity. hello wake up, he wants you to prosper.

lol.thank u for the question..........the fact is, there is nothing like heaven or hell and they know it, that's why they r working for their bank accounts and not 'god'

buddyflex! thanks for what you said about this topic! most people are drawn away by their lust!!! you have GOD's WORD to build and guide you but the problem is how many people will want to be lead and taught by GOD in the correct way? do you need your pastor to come and teach you to read for your exams? but you read and even spend late nights in doing so! just see what GOD can do for you if you can spend time in trying to know HIM and HIS plans for you and see if HE wouldnt tell you what sermons to take and the ones to reject! dont wait for sundays alone to dust your bible! read atleast a chapter everyday! tell yourself that before jan 2009, you would have covered the first 5 books of the bible and you will experience what you havent seen or enjoyed before which no pastor's prayer can give to you!!!!

It's funny the way people speak about men of GOD.
The Bible is crystal clear. Seek ye first the kingdom of GOD and all other things will be added unto you.
Christianity has come of age and once you have given your life to Christ all other benefits will start coming and the Man of God has a duty to let you know about the other things added to your new found faith.
Cos it's joy to thy LORD to see his Children prosper's.

tell him..he is a thiefffffffffffffffff....they are not preaching the real word again...Jesus said ..preach this word...that the Kingdom of God have come...the gave the a specific word to preach ,,,,not prosperity my friend...
