not yet. u seem to 4get 2soon as d ungoing re-branding process in nigeria it has to start 4rom the top i.e the govt. as a leader to b always remember that "some people look and behave as fools but the have enough intelligent to suprise even the most intelligent" what i mean is u must rebrand urself first.
