I've been to 9 out of these 10 countries and i know the one that have the living homes and nice environments. Is not by their Economy..

Please stop being ignorant. Yes England have one of the best health care facilities in the world but to correct you, it is not open to all members of the public as you claimed. I live in England and i can tell you that only those who have the right to remain in the UK can access these health care and facilities. I you live here illegally, you will be will be required to show your visa before you can register with any doctor here in the UK . If you have surgery, it is free and medications are free, also you can be exempted from paying for your prescriptions which apply to certain individuals such as pensioners etc. But on some occasions, you are required to pay for you prescriptions mate.
