SHOCKING: Christmas Day Accident On The Tema Motorway, 5 Feared Dead In Ghana

Two (2) people on board perished on the spot as the Tyre of an urvan bus burst and somersaulted on the Tema motorway earlier today.

The tragic accident occurred at about 8 am. 13 passengers on board on the Aflao bound urvan bus suffered serious injuries during the fatal accident. It took several hours for eyewitnesses to help retrieve the injured. The injured persons are in critical conditions at the Tema General hospital. Medical officers in charge say the driver might have to be amputated.



According to an eyewitness, one of  the car’s back tyre got burst as the Aflao-bound car reached a spot near Adjei Kojo. The driver was overspeeding due to lack of traffic on the motorway as a result of the holiday festivities. The driver lost control of  the car and this resulted in the fatal accident. At around 5pm, another accident occurred on the motorway stretch involving a motorbike and another urvan. The motorbike drived crushed into the bus and died instantly.
