i think there are certain steps to that even though they don't always work

PUT IT IN YOUR HEAD THAT THE PERSON DOES NOT LOVE YOU
FIGHT AND RESIST EVERY THOUGHT OF THAT PERSON AS SOON AS IT COMES
IF YOU HAVE A JOB,STAY LONGER IN THE OFFICE AND START LOVING YOUR WORK
IF YOU HAVE NO JOB GO TO THE GYM OR GO TO CHURCH AND DONT STOP WORKING OUT OR PRAYING UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY WORKED UP


LOVE IS LIKE A MOVING RIVER UNSTOPPABLE BUT NOT UNCONTROLLABLE,CHANNEL ALL YOUR EMOTIONS TO CHILDREN(after all your love is pure).

my day...just good,tried to sleep but just  couldn't as if sleep goes on exile some days,rained a little over here but its all good.There is a thread in this section titled CAN THIS BE LOVE, i think you should look at it.
