i av argued somewhere b4 that NYSC
has outlived its relevance...
it was set up then to ensure unity in
diversity that almost tear apart the
nigerian state...

can anyone justify it relevance?
when i served..we were given 3800 naira
the condition at the camp was pitiable
the food was like that of the prisoners..

but we survived...
after NYSC there is no guarantee of a good job,
99% of the corpers r never retained!
why dont they allow these guys to go out
immediately start searching..rather than living in fools paradise.

wat are the exemptions
cos rite now i think i ld rather do my post grad

You have said it all my fellow Nigerians

Yeah.....as a Corper serving currently i would say the money is small
but then it's better than nothing.....Good!

I believe in one philosophy of "Starting small"

After all,we are ought to be serving our Motherland and it's just for a year.

Some Corpers seek to be retained after service good but then
you cannot bring out the best of you that way.

You need to come out being the best person you can ever be,
getting a good business plan, implement it, earn much more than what you
can ever earn as salary anywhere in the world
and be your own Boss!
You can be the change this generation has been waiting for......Love y'all!

Guyz you are all blabing around the bush. Let me comment PLEAZE:

The main points are:
1. Providing government and private organisation with cheap labour
2. Abuse of human rights and integrity
3. Aggravateing the level of unemployment in the country, sequel from 1 and 2 above
4. Destroying the national economy by employing unskilled labour in irrelevant offices line with 3 above
