U do not need to become an elder to propose to a woman. ur words re ur power nd ur power is enough to make a girl u want marry u. money or elder does not make the difference......believe me

U must hav something to say, proposal does not occur naturally, also, something interesting makes the difference. it might be from the girl or better still from u the man. u must be able to tell her u re a man nd ready for a family right.
