Buhari Fires Ita Ekpeyong As DG Of DSS and Replaces Him With Lawal Daura

President Buhari has sacked the Director General of the State Security Service SSS, Mr Ita Ekpeyong (pictured above) and has appointed Mr Lawal Daura as his replacement.

Mr Ekeyong's sack was contained in a statement released and signed by the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Danladi Kifasi.

The new DG was born in Daura on August, 5, 1953 and attended the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from 1977 – 1980. Mr Daura's appointment is with immediate effect.

Baba Go Slow sacked Mr Ita Ekeyong from South South, and replaced him with another mallam.
If i may ask, is Baba Go Slow really a president of Nigeria or president of the North?

Let me go with the latest trend of names "BABA GO SLOW". He has made about 5 appointments and none of them have come from any region of the country other than the north.
For any lay man it raises eyebrows on what this guys intentions are for the country. Men I just worry.

I'm crying for my country! It's a pity that the youths cannot speak because the elderly don't want to go and rest so that the young can do the strenuous jobs. I wonder where we're heading to with all these tribalism... NLC, ASUU, NUPENG, NBA and, many others, please where are you? What have you achieved for this country or are these bodies only interested in the salaries of their workers? Selfishness will not take us anywhere!
